These Terms govern your access to and use of the GRCorb platform ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organisation.
GRCorb provides governance, risk and compliance tooling, including AI-assisted policy and ISMS documentation, risk registers, asset and project registers, audit scoring, and consultant-led certification workspaces. Compliance frameworks are referenced by clause number; framework content is paraphrased guidance and is not a substitute for the official standard.
Documents and validation findings produced with AI are drafts to assist qualified personnel. They must be reviewed and approved by a competent person before adoption or reliance. GRCorb does not warrant that AI output is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular certification.
The Service does not provide legal, audit, or certification advice. Certification decisions rest with accredited certification bodies and independent auditors.
You are responsible for activity under your organisation's accounts. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, probe or bypass security controls, or upload unlawful content.
Paid features are billed as described at the point of purchase. Framework licences are issued per organisation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRCorb is provided "as is" and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Either party may terminate access. On termination you may request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
